A message dated June 9 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                             
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 192                                                                                                          
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska regional                                                               
    economic assistance program; and providing for an effective
